Chances 4 Change, Inc.is a California-based non-profit organization that supports and empowers justice-involved individuals and at-risk youth to reintegrate into society. By addressing the specific needs of these populations in South Los Angeles, we aim to break the cycle of recidivism and homelessness, thereby improving public safety,reducing recidivism, and fostering community rebuilding.
