About the Trainers:

Tania and Brian Chance are both caring educators who
dedicated much of their academic studies and professional
careers to issues of diversity and identified specific training
offerings for educators, students, and the larger community.
 Together, they started
Chances for Change in hope of
making a positive impact in the lives of others through their
work.  They have provided planning, consulting, and staff
development opportunities for the past nine years to a
variety of clients.

Tania Chance is currently the Director of Multicultural
Education for a mid-sized public school district and has
previously taught at the secondary level.  She holds a Ph.D.
Education, M.S. Education, B.S. Technology Education, and
is a state certified 5-12 Teacher and K-12 Principal.  

Brian Chance is currently an Assistant Principal for a large,
public high school that is rich in cultural diversity and has
previously taught at the secondary level.  He is a Ph.D.
Education Candidate and holds a M.S. Education, B.S. Family
& Consumer Science Education, and is a state certified 5-12
Teacher and K-12 Principal.
